About Molly Mindy
Mindy Law, LLC, was built on the passions of attorney Molly Mindy, who delights in helping families, representing the underdogs, and advocating for those from hard places. With years of experience in all aspects of the courtroom, it is no surprise that Molly zealously represents each of her clients with a smile on her face and a strategy to get her client the best result possible. Molly thrives on helping others. Known for her feisty personality, results oriented approach, and dedicated attorney/client relationships, she is a staple in the Cherokee County Courthouse.
Molly moved to Georgia in 2013 and now calls Cherokee County home. A Mississippi native, Molly grew up in both Brandon and Starkville, Mississippi. The majority of Molly’s childhood and teen years were dedicated to competitively showing Quarter Horses on the national circuit. In 2008, she graduated college with a B.S. in Business Administration from Mississippi State University, where she was a member of Chi Omega sorority, the Equestrian Team and worked as a Student Liaison for the English as a Second Language Program. Molly attended Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, from which she graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2011. While in her third year of law school, she was sworn in for limited practice under the Mississippi Third Year Limited Practice Act and prosecuted in Hinds County Youth Court and Hinds County Circuit Court (specifically sex crimes).
Since being admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2014, Molly continued in private practice and opened her own practice in January 2017. Molly prosecuted in Canton Municipal Court and is the defense attorney in Cherokee County State Court Drug Court and Cherokee County Juvenile Drug Court. Molly currently serves at the President of the Blue Ridge Bar Association. Molly live in Woodstock, Georgia, with her menagerie of rescue animals (horses, donkey, dogs and cats). Molly is a former DFACS foster parent, and dedicates all her free time to showing her beloved Thoroughbred, Watts, in eventing (equestrian triathlons).
